Ron brings 20 years of experience across real estate development, construction, project management, finance, and property management operations. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of OneWall Communities®, where he leads the company’s day-to-day execution and strategic growth of its third-party property management platform. Ron also oversees legal affairs, acquisitions, and capital structuring.

Prior to becoming CEO in 2025, Ron served as OneWall’s founding Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he was responsible for the company’s operational infrastructure, property management systems, financial oversight, and execution of value-add strategies across the portfolio.

Ron is passionate about the intersection of real estate and technology, with a particular focus on proptech innovations that improve operational efficiency, resident experience, and data-driven decision-making.

Before OneWall, he founded Bearcat Services Group, a real estate holding company focused on acquiring, developing, and managing student housing assets. He is also an active philanthropist, having held leadership roles in multiple non-profit organizations, and currently serves on the board of StandWithUs.

Ron holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Watson School of Engineering at Binghamton University. He lives in Stamford, CT with his wife and their three children.
